Confidentiality of Case Information
Confidentiality of your private personal data is a primary commitment of this practice. Case information is reviewed only by your therapist and Dr. Nina Woulff. Information is only disclosed with your expressed consent except when: information is mandated by law/court, a risk of harm to self or others is divulged, or an ongoing risk of child abuse/elder abuse/animal abuse is disclosed.
What digital personal data we collect and why we collect it
Online forms
When you contact us through our forms, we collect the personal information you provide—such as your name, email address, and any details included in your message—solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
We do not use this information for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with any third parties, unless required by law.
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
You have the right to request access to, or correction of, your personal information held by us. If you would like your information deleted after we respond, or if you have any questions about how we handle your data, please contact us at nw@drnina.ca.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites
